Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


1. Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

As described
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose

If goods are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to remedies in accordance with your statutory rights.


2. Distance Selling Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing goods at a distance may normally cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

However, cancellation rights may not apply in certain circumstances, including:

Goods made to specification
Personalised or special-order goods
Certain regulated goods where legal transfer processes have commenced
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for safety reasons once unsealed

Where cancellation rights apply:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days
Goods must be returned unused and in original condition
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.


3. Firearms and Regulated Goods

Firearms, shotguns, sound moderators and other regulated items are subject to strict legal controls.

Returns of such items:

Must comply with applicable firearms legislation
May require face-to-face return or transfer via a Registered Firearms Dealer
Are subject to inspection

Where a firearm has been lawfully transferred and recorded, any return must also be recorded in accordance with statutory requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse a return where legal conditions cannot be satisfied.


4. Ammunition, Primers and Powders

For safety and regulatory reasons:

Ammunition cannot be returned once supplied.
Reloading primers and powders cannot be returned once supplied.

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.


5. Accessories, Clothing and Non-Regulated Goods

Non-regulated goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt where cancellation rights apply, provided that:

They are unused
They are in original condition
They are returned with original packaging

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.


6. Faulty Goods

If you believe goods are faulty:

You must notify us as soon as reasonably possible
We may require inspection
Where appropriate, goods may be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015

For regulated goods, inspection and return must comply with legal transfer requirements.


7. Incorrectly Supplied Goods

If we have supplied the wrong item:

You must notify us promptly
We will arrange appropriate collection or correction
We will cover reasonable return costs


8. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund until returned goods have been received and inspected.


9. Deposits and Special Orders

Where a deposit has been taken for a special-order or regulated item:

Deposits may be non-refundable where goods have been ordered specifically to your requirements.

Any such terms will be made clear at the time of order.
